CHDP: The CHDP program applies to children from infants to 18 years old. Children can qualify under CHDP if their household is low income. This service includes free physical, free vaccines and free blood tests. Be sure to ask us any questions you might have regarding your child's eligibility.
Insurance
We accept straight Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, all Medi-cal Insurance Plans, Private Insurance and most HMO and PPO insurances. We also assist you in applying for insurance coverage. We assist you to qualify for Medi-Cal and give you temporary Medi-Cal assistance until you qualify.

Cash Patients: Consultation fee is only $40 for patients without insurance.
